The capacity of biomass energy straw granulator exceeds 10,000 MW, accounting for more than 40% of the installed capacity of renewable power generation in the United States.   如上图所示,潮湿的物料,无需干燥,直接进入制粒机制粒,制粒完成之后无需冷却,直接包装。其中的关键是ETS制粒机,其工作原理是没有压轮的存在,两套模具之间进行挤压制粒。如下图所示:

  1、适用于水份含量大的物料,10%-35%的水份相对于一般制粒机15%的水份要求,效果明显。可以省去烘干工段。解约了很大的成本。
  1. Suitable for materials with high moisture content, 10%-35% moisture is better than 15% moisture requirement of general granulator. The drying section can be omitted. It costs a lot to get rid of the contract.
  2、成品颗粒温度低,在55℃-65℃之间,可直接包装,无需冷却,再节省了一个工序。
  2. The finished product has a low particle temperature. It can be packaged directly between 55 ~65 ~C without cooling. It saves another working procedure.
  3、能耗低。相比传统的制粒工艺可以节省60%的能耗。
  3. Low energy consumption. Compared with the traditional granulation process, the energy consumption can be saved by 60%.
  4、磨损小,寿命长,降低成本。
  4. Small wear and tear, long life and low cost.
  当然不免有些缺点,一是国内尚无成熟的制造技术,二是颗粒机的制造成本会比较高,相应的价格会贵一些。

  制粒系统给了我们另外一种选择,是否能成为生物质木屑颗粒的主流设备还是交给市场去决定把。
