  Influenced by world petroleum capital, quotation, environmental protection and global climate change, many countries have worked out corresponding development and research programs for straw granulator since the 20th century, and achieved remarkable results. For example, Japan's Sunshine Program, India's Green Power Project, America's Power Farm and Brazil's Alcohol Power Program. Other countries, such as Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Canada, Finland and so on, have been doing research and development for many years, and have formed various biomass power development systems with their own technical advantages. At present, the global capacity of biomass energy straw granulator has exceeded 50 million kilowatts, which can replace more than 9 million tons of standard coal. Meanwhile, the biomass energy straw granulator in the United States is in the leading position in the world. The capacity of biomass energy straw granulator exceeds 10,000 MW, accounting for more than 40% of the installed capacity of renewable power generation in the United States. Material shows that by 2020, 15% of the electricity in western developed countries will come from biomass energy.
  近年來,中國高度重視生物質動力運用作業,相繼出臺了一系列政策法規,鼓舞和撐持有關工業的開展, 中國科學院擬定的2050年中國生物質資本科技開展道路圖指出,中國要由生物質資本大國向生物質資本及秸稈顆粒機和發電廠的燃料等。相當于代替38.3萬tee,削減溫室 氣體排放83萬噸/年,為農人增收節支2.3億元,社會、 生態和環境效益明顯。

  如上圖所示,潮濕的物料,無需干燥,直接進入制粒機制粒,制粒完成之后無需冷卻,直接包裝。其中的關鍵是ETS制粒機,其工作原理是沒有壓輪的存在,兩套模具之間進行擠壓制粒。如下圖所示:

  1、適用于水份含量大的物料,10%-35%的水份相對于一般制粒機15%的水份要求,效果明顯。可以省去烘干工段。解約了很大的成本。
  1. Suitable for materials with high moisture content, 10%-35% moisture is better than 15% moisture requirement of general granulator. The drying section can be omitted. It costs a lot to get rid of the contract.
  2、成品顆粒溫度低,在55℃-65℃之間,可直接包裝,無需冷卻,再節省了一個工序。
  2. The finished product has a low particle temperature. It can be packaged directly between 55 ~65 ~C without cooling. It saves another working procedure.
  3、能耗低。相比傳統的制粒工藝可以節省60%的能耗。
  3. Low energy consumption. Compared with the traditional granulation process, the energy consumption can be saved by 60%.
  4、磨損小,壽命長,降低成本。
  4. Small wear and tear, long life and low cost.
  當然不免有些缺點,一是國內尚無成熟的制造技術,二是顆粒機的制造成本會比較高,相應的價格會貴一些。
  Of course, there are some shortcomings. First, there is no mature manufacturing technology in China. Second, the manufacturing cost of granular machine will be higher, and the corresponding price will be more expensive.
  制粒系統給了我們另外一種選擇,是否能成為生物質木屑顆粒的主流設備還是交給市場去決定把。
